Abstract:
International Terrorism represents the main threat on the global security, and the history of civilizations let us to discover that there is an important link between this serious menace and the Occident-Orient Relations. The studies and analyses made by the experts in the international security field proved that not the misery is the cause of the terrorism, but the appetite for domination. In order to win in the fight on terror, the Occident should be more humanitarian, respects the Orient values and use the negotiation – the principle function of diplomacy - as much as possible.
